Female executives from diverse backgrounds constantly face the challenge of successfully navigating their way into the upper echelons of the professional world. In this follow up to our previous event "Diversity in Leadership," attendees will further explore the impact that culture and background have on the way women across all races are perceived by other women within, and outside of, their own race. We are honored to have two certified experts in the field of diversity training co-facilitate our event: Nila Betof Chief Operating Officer, The Leader's Edge and Estelle Matthews Sr. Vice President, State HR Team Leader for Mid-Atlantic Bank, Wachovia Bank Nila and Estelle will delve into issues such as race and gender stereotypes and initiate candid dialogue among attendees in this interactive exercise designed to create awareness and understanding across cultural lines and among women leaders. The "Diversity in Leadership" event sold out and space is limited, so take part in the continuing conversation with other female professionals and leaders in the community. Special recognition to WolfBlock for their generous support and sponsorship.
